Contact Jeremy "Spider-Man" Baker at webmaster@combatvet.org to start the design of your card. Spider-Man will coordinate your design with a professional layout artist at PRINTformance. The layout artist will email you a proof of your card. Upon your approval, you will receive an email from PRINTformance requesting payment via Credit Card or Debit Card through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to make this purchase.
